This live-in ministry role supports residents in a men's transitional reentry home—helping individuals move toward stable, accountable, Christ-centered life.

Responsibilities

  • Live on-site in a provided room.
  • Lead or assist with Bible study, prayer, devotionals, and spiritual encouragement.
  • Help enforce house rules, curfews, schedules, chores, and program expectations.
  • Transport residents using the ministry vehicle for approved appointments, church services, employment-related needs, and ministry activities.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and spiritually supportive home environment.
  • Communicate concerns, incidents, emergencies, or rule violations to ministry leadership.
  • Encourage residents toward employment, church involvement, accountability, and positive life decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Compensation

Compensation includes live-in housing and a modest ministry stipend. Future compensation may be reviewed as the ministry's resources grow.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • Sincere Christian faith and support for the PMoC mission.
  • Mature, dependable, compassionate, and able to enforce rules fairly.
  • Comfortable leading or assisting with Bible study and spiritual activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Willing to live on-site in a provided room.
  • Willing to serve with a modest ministry stipend.
  • Able to provide live-in leadership and mentorship in a men's transitional reentry home.
  • Able to work with individuals transitioning from incarceration.
  • Willing to complete a background check and driving record review.
  • Able to provide character references.
